Maryon Gucailo - President
Maryon was born in Israel and received a Major Degree in 1970 from one of the best Universities in Latin America, the "Universidade de Sao Paulo". In the past 30 years, Maryon has successfully built numerous entrepreneurships in the manufacturing and consulting markets worldwide. At Eden Site Development, Maryon always enforces the importance of professionalism and fair business, coaching some of the most strategic decisions in the Company. Maryon speaks 7 different languages, which helps him to conduct complex business deals with businessmen and investors from overseas.
Samuel (Sam) Gucailo - Project Director
Sam has created the culture of "Commitment" as the main foundation of Eden Site Development. Since its first projects, Sam has been verifying that 100% of our Projects will be completed within the company's philosophy from commencement until the last item is completed. Serving as the central leader of the Company, Sam will make sure our company takes the best care of your projects by constantly making sure your expectations are exceeded. Sam has more than 10 years of experience in the construction business and more than 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, where he successfully achieved the completion of major projects involving the whole sitework operation, project milestones, supply chain, and quality assurance. Sam received a Major Degree in Business Administration in 1997.
Chad Stephens – Project Manager
Chad joined our team in the beginning of 2010. He brings to Eden Site more than 20 years of sitework experience, good business practices, and qualified leadership skills. As being the Field Leader he knows exactly how to balance the urgency of the day-to-day activities, the supervision of all crews, and the diligence of Eden Site's management policies. Chad has supervised and completed more than 75 projects, including various types of customers and owners including but not limited to Subdivisions, Commercial sites, Public Schools, Government Work, among others. Chad is also our Construction Safety Director, certified by OSHA, Trench and Shoring, and Confine Space. Chad has also been key to our Company on investing on a stronger structure for quality & performance, including GPS systems for new equipment as well as a plan for improvements on our Equipment inventory maintenance.
Andre Gucailo – Project Controller
Andre is in charge of supervising all pricing and estimates, defining budgets on schematic plans, helping customers on their design-build process, and compliance during Bid Solicitations as well as throughout Project Management. From jobs buy-out thru completion he is committed to make sure our Company has solid structure to maintain projects within the Budget providing the interface between Field Management and Office Accounting. Andre has 6 years of experience in the construction business and more than 10 years of experience in the financial and banking markets where he achieved substantial completion on projects requiring high levels of planning & control, sales management and business evaluation. Andre has a Major Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Advertising and Strategic Management.
Mike Ehlers – Estimator
Mike has joined our team on April of 2010 and since then has been responsible on improving the bid process including take-offs, pricing methods, and proposal presentation. Also Mike has been a great value to our Company with his excellent communication skills and desire to take new challenges on the Estimating Process, including but not limited to new take-off softwares, building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, guaranteeing bid competitiveness, and keeping track of bid requests from customers.
Mauricio (Morris) Gucailo - Secretary / Treasurer
Mauricio takes care of all project back-office issues such as the complete cycle of the payment process, releases of lien, certification of insurance, equipment and materials center control, payroll, worker's compensation, safety manuals, and other contract requirements. Mauricio has excellent organizational skills and immediate attention, which allow our Company to keep the constant focus on the project completion pressure. He has more than 10 years of experience in the construction business. Mauricio has a Major Degree in Law.
Denise Crews – Office Controller & Compliance
Denise has joined our team on July of 2009 and has been since responsible of re-structuring our department of Control & Compliance, which includes all Accounting, Job Compliance, Cost Control System Management, and other related issues. Denise has been an important value to our Company as she’s been key to developing and improving our philosophy of “best management practices”.
